■ Dina Lara / Owner - Level 4

When you meet Dina Lara, owner of Synergy Salon, you quickly realize why she is the most sought-after stylist in the field. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of cosmetology, she is an extremely talented, professional, and caring stylist.

It is a proven fact that once you become a guest of Dina’s, she’ll always be sure you are thrilled with your hair. You’ll feel part of the Synergy family immediately.
Having trained in Manhattan, New York, at Redken's 5th Ave Salon, in Amsterdam, Netherland, at Keune's School of Color, as well as with many other lines, Dina is a Master colorist and stylist.
“My line of choice is Redken,” Dina explained. “First of all, the products are fabulous. But Redken also provides our staff so much support, education and respect as professionals in an ever-changing field of cosmetology.” She added that Redken is very focused on the new generation of stylists, helping them to establish lasting careers and to excel as stylists and colorists.

“I’m very proud of the team we have at Synergy. All on staff are extremely professional, caring and well-trained. We all are consistently participating in continuing education so we can offer the latest trends, best products and exceptional service to our guests.” Dina said.

■ Tiffany Jangraw-Gaitan / Stylist - Level 2

Tiffany Gaitan truly loves the art of hair design. “Tiffany is one of the most passionate hair stylists I’ve met,” explained Synergy owner Dina Lara. “We’re so lucky to have her talent and passion in the salon.” Experienced in the field since 2006, Tiffany stays up-to-date on the newest styles and attends as many continuing education classes as she can. Recently, Tiffany attended the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas, NV, and the Centricity Event in Orlando, FL.

Tiffany has geared her education and experience to specialize in dimensional color and hair design. But, as Tiffany puts it, “I love doing it all!”

■ Micah Shadle / Stylist & Colourist - Level 3

Micah Shadle is an experienced stylist, licensed since 2002. “Although I’ve been in the business for years, I am always looking for new guests because I know I can make a difference in how they look and feel,” Micah explained.

“I love giving my guests an experience they truly enjoy at Synergy, and helping them feel beautiful and great about themselves.”

Micah specializes in color, particularly foiling techniques which create a perfect multi-dimensional look for all hair-color tones. She also has perfected combining a color and cut design to create a complete look personalized to each guest.

“I love being a part of the Redken family and my Synergy family. The world of Redken is truly inspiring,” Micah said.

■ Tommy Yonkauske / Stylist - Level 3

Tommy has been a licensed Stylist since 1984. He graduated from the Vidal Sassoon Academy and has specialized in Advanced Color Techniques and Advanced Haircutting Techniques ever since.

From 1990-1993, he was a Redken Product Educator and Platform artist touring the country to teach his techniques.

For almost a decade, Tommy owned and operated his own salon in Philadelphia, PA, and we are proud to have someone of this caliber on our team here at Synergy.

■ Kaity Tran / Nail Specialist

Kaity Tran is a nail specialist who moved from Georgia to join Synergy Salon. Her experience and gentle touch will leave you feeling pampered and beautiful.

“Katie has such a sweet demeanor and great experience,” Dina Lara explained. “She is a great find!”

Katie is on staff to provide a wide range of nail services offered by Synergy Salon. These services include: manicures, pedicures, and acrylic services including shellac and gel, among other specialties offered at Synergy.

■ Elizabeth Diaz / Esthetician

“I’m so excited to join the Synergy team,” said Elizabeth Diaz, Synergy’s new esthetician specializing in facial and waxing services. “I already feel part of the family and can’t wait to meet Synergy’s great clients.”

Elizabeth has been licensed as a skin therapist since 2005. Her deep interest in the skin care field has motivated her to research and write about new trends, treatments and future technologies in the field. Her continuing education includes diplomas for the International Dermal Institute in aging and sensitive skin, acne care, exfoliation services including peels and micro-dermabrasion, as well as speed waxing.

■ Gigi Heinrich / Staff Support

You’ll find Gigi greeting you at the door with a big smile, or on the phone with a welcoming hello. As one of the main staff-support providers at Synergy Salon, Gigi takes pride in assisting the guests as well as providing support to the stylists and specialists.

Gigi, a Brandon native, joined the Synergy team almost a year ago primarily due to the great, friendly atmosphere here. “I really enjoy everyone I work with, and I love meeting all the new guests that come here.”

“Gigi is a huge asset to our business,” explained Dina Lara, owner of Synergy. “Not only is she is a dedicated, loyal employee, she works very hard to make all guests feel comfortable and well-cared for during their visits to Synergy.”
